Announcement by Unified Communications Holdings Limited (“UCH”), a 58.3%-owned subsidiary of ASB (held via Worldwide Matrix Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ASB), to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX”)

Pursuant to paragraph 9.19 (40) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), we wish to inform Bursa Securities that UCH, our subsidiary which is listed on the SGX, had on 6 May 2011 announced to the SGX their quarterly update pursuant to the Listing Rule 1313(2) of the SGX for the quarter ended 31 March 2011.
