Further to our announcement on 18 April 2011 concerning the adjournment of the hearing of ACE INA’s application for committal against ASCAP, ASB and their directors filed in the above captioned legal proceedings (“the Application”) to 29 April 2011, we wish to inform the Exchange that the Application was heard and the Court reserved its decision to 20 May 2011.
