The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Board has approved the merger of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee into a single Board Committee known as Nomination and Remuneration Committee with effect from 27 May 2024.

 

The rationale for the merger is to enhance the efficiency of the Board in discharging its duties and responsibilites.
