Further to our announcement on 2 March 2011 in respect of ACE INA’s application for committal against ASCAP, ASB and their directors filed in the above captioned legal proceedings (“the Application”), we wish to inform the Exchange that the hearing of the Application has been adjourned to 29 April 2011.
