We refer to our announcement dated 30 November 2010 in respect of the order of court granted on 29 November 2010 (“Court Order”) in the Originating Summons No. D-24 NCC-332-2010 filed by ACE INA against ASCAP.
Proceedings have been commenced by ACE INA against ASCAP for contempt of court in breach of the Court Order and against the Company and the directors of ASCAP and the Company for contempt of court in causing, aiding and/ or abetting ASCAP in breaching the Court Order (“the Application”). The Application has been fixed for hearing on 2 March 2011. ASCAP, the Company and their directors vehemently dispute and deny any contempt of court or breach of the Court Order on their part as asserted by ACE INA in the Application and will vigorously oppose the Application.
