For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Company’s circular to shareholders in relation to the Proposals dated 30 June 2022. We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 11 March 2022 and its subsequent announcements in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, KAF IB is pleased to announce that the effective date of implementation of the SGS is on 17 November 2022, which is the date of full compliance of the provisions as set out in Paragraph 6.43(1) of the Listing Requirements.
