We refer to our announcement on 31 January 2011 concerning the above and wish to inform the Exchange that we have been informed by ASCAP today that the Court of Appeal had on 14 February 2011 recorded a consent order to stay the Order of Court dated 29 November 2010 (i.e. Court Order the effect of which is to compel ASCAP to perform the proposed disposal by ASCAP of its 49% equity interest in ACE Synergy Insurance Berhad to ACE INA International Holdings Ltd) until the disposal of ASCAP’s appeal against the aforesaid Court Order at the Court of Appeal on 31 March 2011.
