We refer to our announcements on 6 September 2019 and 17 June 2021 pertaining to the announcements made by Captii, our subsidiary, to the SGX in relation to the Suit filed by OOPA against Mr Bui.
Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(40) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), we wish to inform Bursa Securities that Captii, our subsidiary which is listed on the SGX, had on 18 June 2021 released an announcement to the SGX informing that on 17 June 2021, Mr Bui filed an appeal against the decision of the High Court to the Appellate Division of the High Court of Singapore.
