We refer to the various updates provided in our quarterly financial results announcements, the latest on 25 August 2010, concerning the above subject matter.
We wish to inform the Exchange that the Company received on 15 November 2010 a sealed and signed copy of the Summons in Chambers dated 1 November 2010 in relation to PKNK’s application for the determination of points or issues of law for the disposal of the case. Such application is fixed for mention on 5 December 2010 and for hearing on 13 January 2011.
