Pursuant to paragraph 9.19 (40) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), we wish to inform Bursa Securities that UCH, our subsidiary which is listed on the SGX, had on 9 September 2010 made an announcement to the SGX concerning the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Unified Assets Sdn Bhd, in Malaysia.
