Further to our announcement on 22 July 2010 concerning the Notice to Warrantholders in relation to the expiry and last date of exercise of the Warrants 2000/2010, the Board of Directors of ASB wishes to announce that none of the 168,896,809 outstanding Warrants 2000/2010 had been exercised at the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on Friday, 27 August 2010 (i.e. the expiry date). The Warrants 2000/2010 have been removed from the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 30 August 2010.
