Pursuant to paragraph 9.19 (40) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), we wish to inform Bursa Securities that UCH, our subsidiary which is listed on the SGX, had on 12 August 2010 made an announcement to the SGX for further clarification on the disclosure made under section 11 (a) on page 11 of the financial statement and dividend announcement for the second quarter ended 30 June 2010 as released on 11 August 2010.
