The Board of Directors of ASB wishes to announce that pursuant to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Deed Poll dated 28 April 2000 which has been duly amended by way of a Supplemental Deed Poll executed on 24 July 2003, the subscription rights of the Warrants 2000/2010 (“Warrants”) issued by the Company will expire at 5.00 p.m. on Friday, 27 August 2010 (“Expiry Date”).
Warrantholders should note that all Warrants which are not exercised by 5.00 p.m. on the Expiry Date will lapse and every Warrant will cease thereafter to be valid for any purpose.
The attached Notice to Warrantholders will be despatched to all Warrantholders of ASB on 23 July 2010.
