The Board of Directors of ASB wishes to announce that Alangka-Suka Hotels & Resorts Sdn Bhd (“ASHR”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ASB, had incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in France, Legenda de Malaisie (“LDM”), a French Société par Actions Simplifiée (simplified joint stock company) with a share capital of 10,000 Euros.
LDM was incorporated to facilitate the proposed purchase of a property in France to conduct the restaurant business.
None of the Directors or major shareholders of ASB and/or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the incorporation of LDM.
