Pursuant to paragraph 9.19 (40) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), we wish to inform Bursa Securities that UCH, our subsidiary which is listed on the SGX, had on 19 May 2010 made an announcement to the SGX in response to queries received from SGX regarding its first quarter financial statements and dividend announcement for the period ended 31 March 2010 released on 13 May 2010.
