Further to the Company’s announcement on 12 March 2010 on the above, we wish to clarify that the Kuala Lumpur High Court Judgment dated 14 July 2009 (“Kuala Lumpur High Court Judgment”) as mentioned in item 8 of the said announcement relates to the judgment obtained by Pizza Hut against iSynergy on the amount of RM1,052,415.97 together with interests and costs. An appeal was subsequently filed by iSynergy’s solicitors at the Court of Appeal on 12 August 2009 against the Kuala Lumpur High Court Judgment. No hearing date has been fixed by the Court of Appeal for the said appeal.

The Winding-Up Petition was filed by Pizza Hut due to non payment of amount claimed pursuant to the Kuala Lumpur High Court Judgment.
