Pursuant to paragraph 9.19 (40) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), we wish to inform Bursa Securities that UCH, our subsidiary which is listed on the SGX, had on 2 March 2010 made an announcement to the SGX in response to queries received from SGX regarding its full year financial statements and dividend announcement for the year ended 31 December 2009.
