Pursuant to paragraph 9.19 (40) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), we wish to inform Bursa Securities that UCH, our subsidiary which is listed on the SGX, had on 1 March 2010 made an announcement to the SGX in relation to the extension of time to meet requirements to exit from the Watch-List as per Rule 1314 of the Listing Rules of the SGX.
