Contents	:	Reference is made to our announcements released on 18 May 2009 and 22 June 2009 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition and the announcement made on 17 September 2009 concerning the incorporation of two new subsidiaries of Alangka-Suka Hotels & Resorts Berhad namely, Alangka-Suka Paris (“ASP”) and Holiday Villa Lafayette Paris (“HVLP”) for the Proposed Acquisition. On 28 October 2009, two separate Deeds of Sale were entered into by ASP and HVLP for the transfer of ownership of the Real Estate and the Fonds de Commerce respectively. Following the execution of the said Deeds of Sale, the Proposed Acquisition is now completed. This announcement is dated 29 October 2009.
