Unless otherwise stated, for consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Company's announcement on 28 June 2023 in relation to Lease Termination Agreement between the Lessor and LHV (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of ASB) for the mutual termination of the Renewal Lease Agreement (including the Lease and the Renewal Lease Agreement Rights as defined therein) of the Hotel which was leased by LHV from the Lessor. 

Further to the Company's announcements dated 28 June 2023, 5 July 2023 and 1 September 2023 on the Proposal, the Board of Directors of ASB wishes to announce that LHV has fulfilled and performed its obligations under the Lease Termination Agreement on 31 December 2023.
